2019 St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This Saturday is the NYC St. Patrick’s Day parade March 16th. The bus as always is free for Dues paying members. Guests in class A uniform will be asked to pay $25. All members and guests will be in class A uniform with no extra ensemble. 

The pick-ups are as follows:
9:00am Central Islip FD
9:15am Hauppauge FD
9:30am Ronkonkama train station (outside Northside parking garage )
9:45am Exit 63 park and ride (near Applebee’s)
10:15 Exit 49 park and ride (N.Service rd. BTW 110&pinelawn)

Assembly is at 1:15 W46th st BTW 5th & 6th.

Ex-Chief, Ex-Commissioner and current Department Treasurer of the Hagerman Fire Department Joseph E. Gonnelly has answered his final alarm.

Services are as follows:

Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm
Wed 2:00pm-4:00pm & 7:00pm-9:00pm
Firematic Services Wednesday at 8:00pm
Thursday 10:00am at Funeral Home final prayers
Internment to follow at Holy Sepulchre cemetery in Coram

2018 NYC Parade

Assembly Time
3:40 PM on E 48th between 5th & Madison.

Bus Details
The bus is free for DUES PAID members. Bring your 2018 dues card or be prepared to pay. Guests without a dues card will be asked to contribute $25 on the bus. Guests are limited to firefighters in Class A uniform only if space is available.
Pickups will be as follows:
1215 @ Central Islip FD
1230 @ Hauppauge FD
1245 @ Ronkonkoma Train Station (Outside Northside Parking Garage)
1300 Exit 63 Park & ride (Near Applebees)
1320 Exit 53 Park & ride (Near SCCC Campus)
1340 Exit 49 Park & ride (N. Service Road btw 110 & Pinelawn)
1540 Assembly @ E 48th st. between 5th and Madison

As always in the NYC Parade: NO green hats or beads, wear your proper Class A uniform, and make a presentable appearance for the society. Some grandstand tickets are available for friends & family, contact Dan Gallagher if interested.
